Terms & Conditions

The use of our services & products is subject to having read, understood and accepted all Terms and Conditions as listed below. 

General Terms & Conditions
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. To receive our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
We may, without prior notice, change the Services, stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason or no reason. We will, however, try our best to accommodate any Service or product you may have already purchased or provide a refund or exchange for another service.

Payments & Upgrades.
When buying an item or Service, you agree that: 
(i) you are responsible for reading the entire item listing before committing to buy it; 
(ii) you enter a legally binding contract to purchase an item or Service when you commit to buy an item or Service, and you complete the check-out payment process.

The fees we charge for using our services and our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
We will not provide services until we receive confirmation of payment. Payments for our services can be made via direct transfer online from Credit or Debit Cards or PayPal. Alternatively, we can also accept payment via telephone. We will decline requests to pay via email. 

Details of each Service are included in the “Service Information” page of each of our Service. It is your sole responsibility to read and understand what each Service entails before you make a purchase.
The prices of our Services include everything as described on the product page. No more, no less.

If you wish to upgrade to another of our Service (i.e., You have purchased the “MAKE IT PERFECT” Service and wish to upgrade to the “A HERO IN THE MAKING” Service because you would like you CV, Cover Letter or LinkedIn profile to be made over), you will only need to pay the difference. The same applies if you wish to move from an individual service to a Plan.

Responsibilities for information provided.
ReadySetJob retains no responsibility for the accuracy, true likeness, and source of the Client’s information. 
ReadySetJob commits not to create knowingly false information, false achievement or lie in any way when re-writing any of the content the Client has provided.
Amendments to the content (text / layout / fonts / colours) in your CV, Cover Letter and/or LinkedIn profile
We will make any changes to any of the text you have provided us with how we best see fit to make it desirable to Employers, Recruiters etc. 
We reserve the right to decline any changes the Client may request if we think this may damage the likability/desirability of the final product or contains anything discriminatory.

Availability & Booking Cancellation
Even though on occasions we may make ourselves available outside our regular working hours (9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday), we do not guarantee our availability outside those working hours/days due to other personal or professional commitments.
In the unlikely event that you have a call booked with us and you don’t hear from us, we recommend you call us or email us with the understanding there has been an error or unpredictable series of events that forbid us to attend the call. We will then endeavour to make up for the inconvenience with a gesture of good faith and an apology and rearrange for an appointment as soon as possible. 

We offer unlimited free of charge revisions for 30 days from the day the agreed final product is delivered. After 30 days, if the Client still has not been contacted for any of their applications or received a single interview (this includes telephone screening), we will proceed to perform troubleshooting of the issue. If caused by our Service, we will extend the revision time until this is fixed. Reasons that would exclude the extensions could be: 
(i) Job level the Client applied for is out of their reach.
(ii) The Client does not meet the job advert’s specific requirements (Visa, Location, Experience).
(iii) We reserve the right to void the extension if the client imposes limitations on the Service as advised in the initial consultation.

Refund & Cancellation
Payments for our services and products are to be made in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot always accommodate full refunds of what you have paid. Once you have confirmed the purchase of one of our services or products, you set in motion a series of actions that, on some occasions, we cannot retrieve. For this reason, our refund policy when you decide to cancel one or more of the services or products you have purchased is as follows:
Services & Plans:
If you cancel
(i) Within 24 hours from your purchase, if not in conflict with the following clauses, we will retain the 5% of the fee.
(ii) More than 72 hours from your appointment, we will retain 20% of the fee.
(iii) Less than 72 hours from your appointment, we will retain 40% of the fee.
(iv)  After the appointment has taken place, we will retain 60% of the fee.
(v) After we have sent you the first draft, we will retain 100% of the fee.

Articles & downloadable material
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations for those type of products.

Complaints Procedure
We are deeply sorry to hear that you wish to make a complaint. We are committed to providing the best service we can to all our clients, so if you are not satisfied with one of our products or services, we want to know what went wrong. Please contact us via email at, and we will take all necessary steps to make it right for you.

Aggressive & Rude behaviour
In no circumstances we will tolerate any abusive behaviour towards any of the members. This includes swearing, shouting, threatening, general abuse, or discriminatory behaviour relating to age, gender, race, sexual orientation, or culture. In the unlikely event this will occur, we reserve the right to terminate any rapport, retaining 100% of the fees you may have already paid. 

Even though we are committed to meeting the timelines specified in all the services we offer, those are always “best endeavours”. Therefore, we cannot accept refund claims for any missed timeline, except those exceeding 72 hours from the timeline specified. We might, however, make as a gesture of good faith in those circumstances. 
All timelines (days and hours) specified in all our services refer to working days/hours (9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday).

Client Relations
To protect your privacy, we will always and exclusively discuss our services with the individual taking part in the Service. We will not discuss any detail of the Service with any 3rd party even if said individual and the person who has made the purchase are not the same. Exceptions can be made for Parents or Guardians if the client is under 18 years of age.

You agree to indemnify and hold Giuseppe Leone and Martina Deiana harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Giuseppe Leone and Martina Deiana be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Giuseppe Leone and Martina Deiana assume no liability or responsibility for any: 
(i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; 
(ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our Service; and 
(iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

You agree to receive from time-to-time promotional messages and materials from us by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don’t want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please notify us at any time.
